Maruo Falls

After break in Bali, I stopped in my hometown to see my grand parents who all fell into sick recently.
Even though they are quite sick, it was nice to share some time together with smiles.

A lovely old Indonesian couple at a beach

At a beach in Indonesia, I saw such a lovely old couple.
They just came to beach with small snacks in plastic bags with very casual clothes.
For us who spend vacation in Bali, beach is very much something.
But for them, nothing is special about beach. It's always there as part of their ordinal lives.

4 hours drive to project site

This bridge was build while British people still occupy Sudan, according to our colleague.
Of course, the lights and handrails are new but it is amazing, as it is functioning now. Even though it is not smooth anymore...

Entire trip from Kwajok to Tonj in this season takes 4 hours.
From this bridge, 2 hours to go. We go via Wau which is state capital of another state.
