We tested "foods for recovery" initiative with very small scale and he was the 1st beneficiary who received foods ration.
Basically, we encourage the most vulnerable community to finalize their own shelter construction. And if they finish before the agreed deadline, they will receive food ration.
This will help extremely vulnerable families(for example, if they don't have capacity to do it by themselves such as elderly, mentally/physically disabled, the extremely poor) to hire some helpers to finalize their shelter construction with this foods.
