I suffered from severe pain at my upper stomach and high fever last night.
And I went to see doctor to find out what it is.

Then, a doctor had suspected "acute cholecystitis"(I didn't know what it means and asked my friend to find out what it is in Japanese - "kyu-sei tannou en") but it turned out it was not after another doctor from UNMISS clinic checked ultrasound.

And the doctor explained it must be infection again... but not exactly where and what kind of infection... (sure??)
So I started to take antibiotics and pain killer from tonight. Should I go back to Japan to see a doctor??
